Kman Tracker is a subscription-based market intelligence platform that provides real-time and delayed market data, ETF and cryptocurrency tracking, screener tools, heat maps, educational content, and news aggregation. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes and is not a brokerage, investment advisory service, or financial planning service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email authentication through our identity provider (Supabase). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rate displayed on our pricing page (currently $19.99/month). Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
First-time visitors receive a limited free preview of the Service's premium features. The preview is time-limited and stored via browser cookie. The preview provides unrestricted access to demonstrate the Service's capabilities. When the preview expires, continued access requires an active subscription or free trial.
New users who create an account receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial begins at the time of account creation and expires 14 days later. When the trial expires, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Trial availability is limited to one per user and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. See our Subscription Policy for full details.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KMAN TECHNOLOGIES LLC (DBA KMAN TRACKER) AND ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kman Technologies LLC (dba Kman Tracker), its owner, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any trading or investment decisions you make.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The Service is available to users worldwide. By accessing the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that: (a) you are subject to these Terms as governed by Florida law, (b) you are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to your use of the Service, (c) the Service may not comply with all regulations of your jurisdiction, and (d) you access and use the Service at your own risk. We make no representation that the Service or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
At our sole discretion, we may require that any dispute be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kman Tracker regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Your subscription is billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Payment is processed automatically through Stripe. You will receive a receipt via email for each payment.
Your subscription automatically renews each month and you will be charged the applicable subscription rate until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all premium features until your paid period expires. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the remainder of your paid period. In cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the updated rate.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market data availability depends on third-party providers and exchange operating hours. Scheduled maintenance, data provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect the Service.
